Do I have to spend a lot of money on clothes?

No. What you spend is entirely up to you. My recommendations work the same for clothes swaps, ebay, charity shops and preloved sites as they do for high street and designer brands. 4 or 5 new items can totally transform your wardrobe. My focus is on sustainability, so you can use my advice to alter, customise and style existing pieces in completely new ways to transform your wardrobe with minimum expenditure. You might even swap items with others in the group when we do our big wardrobe clear-out in Module 4. I’ll provide recommendations on selling your own preloved items, so you might even make some money back.

I need to lose some weight first before I do the course.

That’s a bit like saying, I’d really like to look slimmer and feel better about my body, but I’m going to wait until I look slimmer and feel better about my body. Whatever your goals this journey will catalyse them. You certainly won't be the only one trying to lose weight, but we are all changing and transforming. We journey together. Nothing that you’ll learn on this course will change if you lose or gain weight. You will learn that your personal style criteria and guidelines remain the same whatever size you are. Empower yourself NOW. Don’t put off feeling confident in yourself and your style. Whatever your goals, this process will act as a catalyst for change. 

Do you check colour analysis?

Yes. You learn more by doing your own colour analysis, than if I do it for you, but I make sure your results are correct before we progress to the next module. 

How much time do I get with you?

Every fortnight we meet live as a group for 75 minutes and you will get personal advice from me there and in the FaceBook group. Please note the time and date can be amended to suit the group.

How much time do I need to allocate to do the coursework each week?

You have lifetime access to all the modules, so there’s no need to try and do everything within the 12 weeks, but the more you do, the more you’ll get out of it and the more use you can make of your time with me as your guide. I recommend 2 hours a week.

How long is the Zoom call each fortnight?

75 minutes. If you cannot make the live Zoom call one fortnight I will send you the recording so you can catch up, but you should plan to attend at least 5 out of 6 live meetings as it’s a key element of the course and makes a difference to the whole group when we commit to show up and support each other this way.

How do I use Zoom? Below is a link to Zoom’s video tutorials. Zoom is very easy to use, but like any technology, if you have not used it before, or feel uncertain, I recommend you do a trial run with a friend in advance, so you feel comfortable in how to use the app ahead of our live meetings.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, there is a payment option to spread the cost over 3 or 6 months.

What is the maximum group size?

The typical group size is 8-10 people, never more.

How do we meet up during the course?

We meet weekly via Zoom to connect, share our week’s experience (both on and off the course) and answer any questions. We also have an active private Facebook group to connect between meetings. 

What can I expect to achieve by the end of the 12 weeks?

That is very much up to you. If you commit your time and energy you can transform not just your wardrobe, but your sense of self, your confidence and possibly much more. At the very least you will understand your colouring, what colours make you look your best and which to avoid. You will understand how to dress for your body shape, identify your true style and how to express it. To have thoroughly detoxed your wardrobe (and life) bought new clothes you really love and discovered new ways to style new and old pieces together to create looks you feel really confident and comfortable in. To have a renewed sense of self and sisterhood. To feel empowered to make other changes in your life that you’d previously felt blocked in and to understand style in a whole new way, so shopping is easier and faster and change feels less intimidating.
